![]() ![]() Requiring a precise jump like that isn't quite fair when the mechanics don't feel so precise either. I would suggest giving more room to slow down or just place a wall that forces you to stop. ![]() In particular, level 13 took a couple of attempts to jump that first gap because the jump is so powerful that it is easy to overshoot the platform to land on. I wouldn't say it's difficult to control, but maybe some levels could have been designed in a way that suits the motion better. Removing the "food going bad" mechanic and instead scoring the player on how quickly they complete the entire challenge would have been a good way to encourage the player to roll around fast and have fun with the motion. On top of that, it doesn't seem there is a safe way to drop food so that it doesn't go bad so quickly. That is time you're forcing me to just wait which matters because there is time pressure. The food goes bad rather quickly after landing which means I have to sit around and wait for it to despawn and then collect after another one has fallen. It works nicely for the falling food so the same idea should apply. ![]() It would also help to tell exactly when you can dash because it seems you can only dash while on the ground. Given the perspective, it would have been nice if the tortilla had a drop shadow directly below you so it's always clear where you are in relation to the other elements in 3D space. ![]()
